Fast federation ranking?

Is there a system that does data delivery missions to one system like the empire rank grind spots?
(Hip 10716 and shu babassi for instance?)

Your best bet is Tun.

It may make you do a circular route, but I went from 35% to 60% ensign. (Results may vary).

Sadly...it's not as fast to rank as I remember.

I used Tun. Here's my method. It's not super fast, but it was steady and it did the job.
