Since FD nerfed the mode switching for fast ranking (Missions take ages to refresh) what is now the best way to reach Duke? I am currently at Count and its taking ages.

Dude you asked at 5 in the morning and are miffed no one answered by 6:30 lol.
Mode switching still works kinda....make a private server that gives you 3 ....they seem to refresh every ten minutes.
By the time you load open,private,solo about ten minutes have went by when you first hit that open.
