FC capacity 100, a single ship capacity 1000?

Out-of-game:
- you give EliteMats1337 £25, and then if it wasn't a complete scam they add you to their friend list and you can dock with their carrier to purchase a bunch of materials at a token credit price. The in-game mechanisms are perfect for supporting this abuse-case!

This is more suited to ingame person to person, than to the use of carriers / bartenders

Using the current sell mechanics (bartenders limited capacity and the inability to set a sell order of a specific number of items) seems to be designed to make the life of the gold seller as miserable as possible

Not sure what is not clear in what i posted. Granted i'm not a native English speaker so my phrasing and even certain usage or words might be off-mark

A gold seller cannot really use the bartender to make trades for money except for a single transaction at a time *()
In which case they'd better meet in person on the surface of some planet since:
  • the ship locker can hold much more items.
  • they can easier control the number of items being dropped, much easier that setting sell orders on the bartender

*(To sell items on the bartender you need to deposit those items there, then you need to set a sell order. If i pay you to sell me 15 SDP, you need to set your bartender to sell exactly 15 SDP and nothing else since if i disembark in your carrier, then i can buy everything from your bartender and you, as a gold seller, will lose money)

We are not talking about 15 materials but several thousands though.

Exactly, that's why i said

Edit: however, meeting in person one can trade whatever they need.
Parking ships close enough and standing in the blue circles will allow a rather fast transfer of materials.
I've did it between my 2 alts.

On ship you have a locker.
On your suit, you can keep 55 items

That barman must have some really deep pockets to hold 100 items
You mean that entire area you pay like 200 million and includes a few million of weekly upkeep isn't supposed to have a locker or two?

I cannot unload more then 10% of a ships contents to stock at the bar? Surely there were 2 more zeros accidently missing from this...
I understand this oversight, as there was a lot everyone had on their plate. Please correct this and we all can move on to productivity. I appreciate your time.
Totally agree, another poorly thought out fdev debacle.

Ah sorry, I didn't realise that you are agreeing with me. :ROFLMAO:
