Cargo hold showing full - 25000.
No ships in stock, 4 ships stored.
No modules in stock - many modules stored.
anyone any idea why its showing full and not allowing me to transfer in any more cargo?

Yes that's usually the common one, buy orders pre-emptively reserve the space needed to store the purchased goods on a buy order.

Worse yet...
The buy order also messes up the Tritium used for jumping - as it assumes it has a 'full load' even if only a fraction of the order (or none) has been fulfilled.
