Ships FC Upkeep

Can anybody (better official) explain breakdown of upkeep? Exact my doings which rise exact part.
For example, I noticed when I add my money to FC balance "accrued cost" grows too.
So most important is "accrued cost" to understand. Because it is not mentioned anywhere.

It's simply wrong. Today was reset, weekly paid. Since then I made 1 jump. 100 000cr.
So now my carrier shows upkeep 12 295 096 (including 100k for 1 jump)
And calculator says 12 200 000

However I was doing recharge/repair a lot. And now "accrued cost" is 635 941cr while it was something like 200k when I started today.
So it seems "accrued cost" is rised by ANY activity on carrier, need explanation how exactly it affects.

Did some research:

Just started game after week upkeep paid, it is already 986 667creds.
Moved tritium from cargo to tank using my ship - it is 988 453 creds now.
Are you really? >: Working with carrier balance is growing that thing too.
This means cheapest way to use it is disallow all docking permissions.

Those lazy guys demand weekly salary from me + take some fee on each thing they do or I do (as balance management is pure mine, nobody except me and I still pay) ?! I don't need such lazy workers/crew.
Darn. I just undocked and docked back immediatly. Did 10 creds refuel.
Now "AC" is 994 953cr

So do carrier owner donates money to players who want to refuel?! Are u crazy there?

P.S. I did all that 10000ly+ from bubble 1st visit system. Most likely I'm alone there.

Upd. Checked 1 min later, it is 997k. Maybe it just grows by time. Like per minute.

Its not like there was any fine print to not have read. You would think in a video game these things would be more straightforward. But instead we get frontier showing us how they could be a credit card company too now smh

Ok, figured finaly.
In short projected goes into accrued.

Week starts:
Projected = N
Accrued = 0

Week ends:
Projected = 0
Accrued = N

If you were turning OFF some services during a week, then final Accrued will be less then N. So basically if you personal use FC you can keep all services off, and turn it on only on immediate need when you docked. That will save almost N/2.
