FCs selling Tritium at crazy-low prices?

Thought I'd stockpile some Tritium for my FC on Saturday, had a look on INARA and discovered that there's a heap of people selling Tritium from their FCs for ~Cr2,500 per tonne.
Thought I'd give it a look and ended-up buying 10,000t of Tritium for Cr24m... instead of the "official" price of around Cr500m
Bargain of the year!

Just wondering why people are doing this, though?
Is it, perhaps, people who really enjoy mining, selling it super-cheap for PP merits or something?

Hell yes! Normally when that happens, the carriers are not in fact letting just anyone dock, but accidents happen...

Other than simple accidents, they may have decided to abandon the game. No merits linked to carrier trading as far as I'm aware. (And nobody enjoys mining that much, surely? :D)

When I decommissioned mine I put the price as low as I could and it was empty next time I logged in. I've heard since I would have gotten market value or something if I left in on board, but oh well, don't need credits anyway.

I forgot to reset the permissions on one of my FCs a while back, after doing a passenger ferry from Colonia...
Sold 5k of stolen Tritium in a couple of hours at minimum price.
Fortunately I was in a system with some wing missions on the board for Tritium, so filled back up quickly enough.
