I've never really had a reason to complain about Frontier's decisions, since they've never strayed from what they said they were going to do. Until now.
I use sites like Coriolis.io and edshipyard to track my module progress with an overhead view over everything. I went to edshipyard to see what better statistics my Vette will have with the new engineer parameters when I noticed my ships booster numbers were not as they were before the update.
I use EDMC to transfer the stats from the game to edshipyard and every single time it's been on the money in terms of accuracy (It has to be!) and luckily, I had an earlier save from when I was building my loadout but had completed the boosters. I haven't gotten round to changing any blueprints yet. Full screencaptures are coming because I don't want to be accused of editing or cropping too much.
BEFORE 3.0
AFTER 3.0
The reason why I'm whining about this isn't because my boosters are shagged, it's because they're shagged while I was under the impression that I was keeping my rolls as they were. I mean after all, to paraphrase Sandro Sammarco in one of the ED Beyond Livestreams:
"...If you've got a module that's already engineered, we're not going to take it away from you. You've put a lot of effort into that, an awful lot of effort into that, especially with some of the chance you could get in there, so we don't want to get rid of that. So you keep them..."

So my gripes are:
If there is a post BEFORE the update that says "we're going to be tweaking rolls that are too good for the sake of balancing" that is from a developer - not community staff - then I will accept it.
Or do you think I should launch a ticket?

So my gripes are:
- Why say you're not going to take away my godrolls.. And then take away my godrolls?
- If this is not an isolated case, where was this information about current rolls being altered before 3.0?
