Yesterday I took a boom mission to nearby system. Everything went smoothly until I found out the target outpost was 75K ly's from nav beacon. So I started my long journey to the outpost and while flying there I did all kinds of housework. When I finally made it to the station and was about to land I received a message that if I take these goods to the other station I get 30k more credits. I thought that I just flew a really long distance and now they suggest that I take the goods to other station. It would have been a lot nicer if I had that message at the start of my tedious journey to the station. I guess it's some kind of humor.

Our galaxy is 120k Ly wide. I say it's possible since we live on the edge so 75k would be somewhere half way past center.

I'm saying it's doubtful the mission board would send him 10,000Ly beyond BP, especially since there's no outposts, or settlements out there.
I'm attempting to humorously point out that he meant Ls, not Ly. [sad]
