FD, how do you decide to remove a power from PP? Can a power remain static in size and not be eliminated?
Just a question:
Can a power be fully fortified, not expand but remain in play and not be eliminated? This static model would be the ideal for small powers, as it is more dangerous to over extend ourselves.
