You should still be able to keep racking up those bounties and resetting the time-out under the new system. Technically you'd only be the most wanted guy in the system(s) for which you had bounties, but if and when the interstellar bounty system goes live that could change.

To become that you would have to rack up bounties to reach billions.
There is an exploit used to increase the bounties to those levels and then the kill will be sold online.

I don't understand how has changed? you just need to keep doing illegal stuff and not die? seems it has been made more exciting and challenging?

You weren't going to be anyway, you need to exploit to be #1 lol :p compared to having a list of cheaters Its an improvement 100%
