Yes, FD support is truly top notch when compared to nVidia

I contacted them (after over an hours wait) about the recall of their tablets (android tablet) ..and this was the gem I got.

I was just reading this on El Reg:

Nvidia says that the tablets come with two types of battery. If users go to the Settings menu, check Status, and then click the battery button they'll see it's marked either Y01 or B01. It's the Y01 battery type that's the dangerous one, and B01 users don't need to worry.
