I'm very vocal (on the negative), when I'm not happy with critical components/features, and bugs of ED. But this time, I'm giving credit due where it counts.
FD support finally worked both of my tickets (after some persistance) and I'm happy with the result. So if you feel like you are being ignored, follow up a few times and they will respond. Don't let the ticket sit there and expect them to get on it.
