Please Fdev get this addressed as it has been asked before and recent thread on it for Universal Cartographics, too.
On Console we cannot scroll particular elements of the game as it will not allow highlighting of the scroll bar nor allows us a pointer to interact with it.
This effectively trashes the Codex Archives as you cannot read entire documents that feature the bar and you cannot view your exploration data fully when submitting it.
Get this addressed at some point please.
