(FDEV HELP IMMEDIATELY PLEASE) My ship is stuck at a prison ship

I was testing the new prison shipyard functionality with Update 12, and upon going to prison normally, my ship DID indeed follow me there. However, when i tried to board it I was immediately Black Addered. This happens every time I try to get on my ship. My beloved Krait MK2. I also can't transfer it to another station because when I try the Inter Astra menu just resets and nothing happens. Please, I pray an admin sees this and places my ship (Enduring Victory) at a nearby station where I can retrieve it.

It's in the issue tracker already, and on the forum here.

I've detailed the error. Combined with the ship transfer system not working, it's a killer.

Unfortunately, I cannot post issues myself, some issue with the issue tracker lol.

hrm, ah so there's another step following that process then? I managed to get the issue tracker to work but it's now hanging on submit request, with the three dots merrily bobbing away.. Gonna time out most likely. This is a bit worrying, because they'll end up going under at this rate.

To be fair, the report feature does everything it can to direct you to reporting an issue rather than a ticket. Sometimes i've had to click around options after coming to a dead end with the workflow. There should always be an option visible to raise a ticket and it should clearly state the difference between an issue and a ticket.

I suspect there are many people who filed issues and waited days or weeks from a response from FD only to give up in disgust at what they see as terrible support from FD.

Which is why using the Issue Tracker is useless. Seriously, if you have a problem then you should raise a support request (what used to be called a support ticket) not use the issue tracker. @Factabulous posted the link to the page to raise a support request. FD support are brilliant, the issue tracker on the other hand is jobbie.
