Ever time I see that I get a nostalgic yearning for Pacers for some reason.
Alas not. I guess they could retro-fit a Dolphin skin into the Black Friday set, but then no doubt some people who aren't already BF Skinners (hah, I just thought of that) would complain that development time was being wasted on something they could no longer purchase.
An actual dophin Dolphin skin would be neat; a sort of two-tone blue grey, lighter on the ventral and darker on the dorsal.

Considering the vagaries of quality in FD's skinwork I don't mind. As long as the community-created skins outstrip the in-house in volume (duh) and quality (unfortunately again duh) then FD is literally turning away free monies and low-impact positive community interaction for no good reason. The limited releases of other community creations have been of far better quality than much of the existing paint.
That was made in collaboration with FD artists. The winner had input and ideas but it was made by FD as a one off so they're never going to release it to everyone.

I'd be happy with some sort of event where we can buy awesome unique paint jobs for a limited time for like charity or something. Similar to the limited time chrome cutter or wire frame paint jobs.
