FDev: "no CG this Thursday, we're instead adding a lore-related content for you to puzzle out" & "less clues than the Adamastor"

I provided full links to both Twitch and Youtube videos because Twitch clips only store 60 seconds, while Arthur and Bruce talk about this week's puzzle event for longer
Double amateur ;) (clips provide a link to the full video at the appropriate point :) )

Anyway - good effort at highlighting it more, most seem to have missed the original few posts - and the reveal of Raxxla has been awaited a long time :)

It's totally gonna be Raxxla. Obviously.

Scandal rocks Permit Association
After having zero Traffic in 6 years, the Intergalactic Permit Association was forced to admit that the Polaris System Permit suffered from a simple authentication problem.
So despite what might be ten thousands of CMDRs qualifying for this elusive System Permit, none was ever issued - with rumors floating that this left the entire System in a desolate condition.

A spokesperson said :
At this time, all we can do is apologize to the Members of the Pilots Federation.
I can assure you that a thorough investigation is underway, but at this moment we don't yet fully understand how this major issue could go unnoticed for so long.

This still leaves the countless Region Permits in question - and of course the mystical "Raxxla". Analysts familiar with the matter were quick to comment that political leverage and special interest groups might have interfered with the Permit-issuing process since many years to prevent undesired access.
Officials from the Permit Association refused to comment on this matter, however.
Additionally, two of our journalists disappeared without trace within 24hrs of the interview. We'll keep you updated and monitor the situation closely.
