There is a system called New Yembo, you may know this, is was great for Base attack missions, used to make really his money there and was way more interesting than hauling poop.
Since 2.2 I believe Fdev have manually adjusted the factions % to destroy the system.
The controlling faction had always been 80 -90% and constantly going into expansion but being in middle of knowwhere it just failed and repeated. I noticed their % drop suddenly after 2.2 to match one of the other factions in system sparking war. War started yesterday and funnily the controlling faction are now at 7%, 22% behind the enemy........I don't think this is player activity as the system is to far out. Fdev have actively intervened to remove the controlling faction and destroy the missions that spawned. The fact the all four factions now spawn 0/0 missions most of the to time I think means they have achieved their goal. Their used to be good smuggling missions there to do maybe they were their prime to remove.
I think this is a sad turn of events. Gods hand had played in the destruction here I'm sure.
