Loving the game. Loving it. Well done chaps. :)

BUT...

...in a RES zone you basically forced me kill a couple of dear characters from Terry Pratchett's books. Why did I have to take down Lu-Tze Lobsang Ludd? :eek:

I'm keen to find out whether there are any other pilot names from TP / Hitchhikers / Trek etc.!

This would account for the time I dispatched Darth <somethingorother> (can't recall the name). I know there's a Leonard Nimoy station - did people get to pay for those too?

Damn I really missed an opportunity here!

I think that was voted for by the community, in some community goal or something, either that or it was in an older elite. There is a station named by the community, the rest are taken from older elites and made up by the devs..

there is some funny names out there, some people named them after themselves, girlfriends, sci fi characters, cool spacey sounding names and some people just went lets have one called tetley teabags :)

There are some utterly awesome npc names in the game's database covering pretty much everything you can think of.
