FDL Discount locations?

I am looking for a fer de lance all over Li Yong-Rui controlled systems for a discount but it doesn't seem to be anywhere? I have checked almost all the control systems and no luck. Anyone know where I can pick up a discounted FDL?

Should have waited Bhritzameno had em 20% off with all A rated modules in stock, plus weapons. Think that discount is over now, but if it's not still worth the 5 million dollar hit for selling the hull and buying for a cheaper price, IMO
