FDL polite NPC pirate :):):):):)es

There is something wrong with FDL NPC pirates. I am mining and have around 80 tons of precious stuff in my cargo then wanted FDL pirate flyby I prepare to shoot him down then I got message "just passing by dont worry" or "I have mystaken you with someone else"...

Every FDL pirate does this I can have 100 tons of painite and they will never engage me.
On the other hand pirates like eagles dont have problem to open fire on my conda for couple of limpets

Don't want to ruin this for you, but...that FDL most likely wasn't a pirate) Just an NPC bounty hunter.

May be they are bounty hunters, not pirates? They can also be wanted...

It's a common message from a NPC bounty hunter, it wasn't a pirate.

Wanted bountyhunters can explain that. So it seems to me that pirates dont use FDL only bountyhunters do

NPC pirates also use FDL, in HAZ res site I saw a lot of them.

I've noticed some FDL have unusually high bounties. 350k+ is what I've got couple of times in res. Maybe it depends on the instance you've got, because other times they cost no more than Pythons and others in that weight category.

The max i saw on the screen (without bounty bonuses from PP) was more than 330k, if i remeber correctly on a FDL (the only other ships in my experience that can have so high bounty is anaconda, but very rarely gives more than 300k)

Yep, seems like some NPC's no longer attack if odds are not in their favour. I also saw one FDL that aftery scanning me said something like: "Sorry, I don't want any trouble."
