Feature Request: Bounty Board

Hey Everyone,

One of the things I like seeing is the top 5 bounties in the game currently, but unfortuantely it only acts as a high score board really. What I'd like is to see a bounty board that I can use to help me track players. I would have it listed under the Bulletin Board of station services.

When viewing the bounty board, it should list all available player bounties for the empire you are currently inside that is searchable, displaying the top 1,000 immediately that you can page through. The information that I think should be displayed is: current bounty, last sighted at <system name - dock name> <hours / minutes> ago), with a togglable filter to display only players that are currently online.

Using this feature it would be feasible to track down players as right now the top 5 bounties in the game, they're most likely offline when I'm playing. Now even with this feature implemented, we're still at the mercy of the instancing system. If a player bounty could be accepted like a mission, then it would make sense to drop us into the same instance as our prey as we are travelling to those area's for them specifically.

This all makes sense to me as I like playing the bounty hunter role, it would discourage / encourage pirating in general as this leads to a new form of pvp for those seeking more player interactions. My major concern here would be "how much information is too much for the bounty hunter?", "Should the hunted player get notified if another player has accepted his / her bounty?"

if I was the pirate / prey in this scenario, getting a notification that player <name> has accepted my bounty, I'd either try to fight or flee in response. Fleeing to remote corners of the galaxy in an effort to deter his pursuit.

Looking forward to the replies / comments on this feature idea. Currently I believe that player bounty hunting is too opportunistic, with this feature implemented, it could become a viable pvp based career much like piracy currently is.
