Feature request: "Claim all bounties across the bloody galaxy"-button

The system is OK at the moment but with one important caveat.
How do I find the systems that owe me money?
I've searched in the map, I've wandered around, still can't find them.
Got about 5 million to claim from a very long list of minor factions and I have no idea how to find them.
A button to highlight it on the tab would be handy, or an icon on the system and station in the galaxy map telling me there's money to be claimed there.
At the moment it's dead money.

Agree and answers gave after don't really help me here: I have lot of unclaimed bounty for Alliance and Empire. I'm currently near TZ Arietis (possible typo). How can find find nearest system of Empire and Alliance near me? Using the galaxy map seems useless, even filtered to only display both, I zoomed out and can't find ones, and if I find one due to the display angle and position I can be sure it's not the nearest (or I'm a really lucky guy)...

Suggestion: selecting the bounty in the Transactions screen could compute this from the current position and display the needed information : "nearest system to claim this bounty is: xxxxx Distance: ZZZZZZZ"

I asked the same question in a separate thread this past weekend.

You can start looking at:

http://elite-dangerous.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_minor_factions

and

http://roguey.co.uk/elite-dangerous/factions/

They are not all listed but that's a start.

Alternatively, many minor factions use the name of the system in their own name. I have found many that way.

Why doesnt the year 3301 have any bank transfers? Its pretty annoying to receive bounties for random pirates and need to pick up the money by yourself in some random system at the other end of the galaxy. Come on guys, how hard can it be to collect all that money at once in the stations contact option?

I got 36 pending bounties peak and reduced them to only 19 pending now. But it would be really a bit less pain in the ass if you give the players the option to claim all those bounties at once in any station. Like a bank transfer, that thing people somehow forgot about in the year 3301.

In 2015, we have lots of scammers committing wire fraud. You think this problem will go away if, in year 3300, we evolve from bank transfers within the planet to bank transfers between star systems? It would be too easy to scam the bounty payments! So, we have to show up at a station somewhere within the star system. Not such an unreasonable request. As a regular bounty hunter, I make it a point to stop by a station within the system to cash in the bounties before I leave the star system. If the bounty is for a pirate that I killed on a trade route, then I let the bounties accumulate before making a trade route bounty collection run.

We got claim all bounties of one system at any station. Now we need: claim all bounties of a faction's subfactions at any of station of this faction.

Aka: every subfaction bounties can be redeemed from any corresponding major faction. Independant factions keep the current (annoying) sytem.

Yeah, that's what I'm doing now, running around systems (when I can find them) and collecting those bounties. I think that's what the OP meant was the problem.

Perhaps it's something that has to do with transporting criminal DNA patterns and/or overseer's personal effects for physical proof that there's one less evil commander in the galaxy?

I can add another to that list...
out of game search using "google and eddb.io"

goto google and type
"Faction name" site:eddb.io
"The Purple Camorra" site:eddb.io
not the best solution and not all can be found but it works for me atm

[edit] will aslo work with sites above site:http://elite-dangerous.wikia.com or site:http://roguey.co.uk

I would decline this. Bounties now are systemwide collected and this is more then enough of that simplification.
I like being forced to fly to alliance or empire space to claim my bounties. This is a good reason to travel.
If you dumb the game further down it will be boring. And many say it already was. So don't do it FD.

The other day I was on a pirate hunting mission and one of the pirates rammed me before I had a chance to scan him, destroying himself and his ship. I received a bounty for him and one on myself for murder. Now I have to wait for the timer to run out on my bounty before I can go back to the system, pay mine off, and collect the one on him. That's okay with me though. It makes things more interesting. :)

As long as you keep tabs on every single system that you popped targets in, you're fine. Or if the faction name has the system name embedded. It's the stuff like that Purple Lips Democracy ship that you tagged five weeks ago in a random system enroute to some other destination that are the biggest issues with this aspect of the game.

Suicide shouldn't be your go-to option for clearing out a list of data. I'm in the same boat as you insofar as not being worried about flying across the galaxy to claim them personally, but finding the system without any clues is pretty much impossible. I was only able to clear my last backlog because all the claims were fortunately system-named.

A simple Abandon button, combined with the ability to locate minor factions would be the optimal fix for this annoyance.
