[Feature Request] Faction Alligned Ship Naming

Giving Players Ability to Align with a minor faction and give them an Abbreviated Faction tag along with the name of thier choice on their ships.
This way Players can use the same name ship so long as they are aligned to a different faction makes them unique names even though the same.
If players leave that minor faction they lose their Registered ship names.
This could be added underneath the cmdr name.
Obviously ship decals too .

Too many local factions. I think someone said in an interview that there were tens of thousands of local factions. I would like to see ship names actually appear on ships, yes, maybe with the sigil/symbol of the major power (Fed, Imp, Ind) the pilot has pledged to (and none if they haven't), much simpler. Maybe set up a ship's names registry, so that ships names could not be duplicated within each major power (yes to duplicates in other powers but, no duplicates within each power). If a CMDR switches powers and the ship's name has been used in that "new" power, the CMDR must choose a different ship's name. A CMDR can name the ship for free when purchased but, if the CMDR wants to change the name later, there should be a cost. That way if a CMDR wants to switch sides and has to rename their ship, there would be an increased cost to do that. It would be great if a CMDR's name could appear somewhere on the hull, too, maybe in small letters under the ship's name.

With all the vast coding out there a few 1000 minor factions with a couple of ship names next to it is nothing lol
