[Feature Request] getting a 60Hz option on HDTVs

So, I play mostly on my HDTV, but sadly Windows 10 seems to think that these Displays only support 59.94Hz, so I have to play the game on a 60Hz panel with 59.94Hz.

No big deal you might think, but thats definitely not the case.
Thanks to all that uneeded pulldown, the game has noticable jittering issues - mostly in combat scenes - to the point that I get Nausea (I usually have no such problems).

Reading a bit into that "Win 10 dx11 59Hz" issue, I learned that the OS gives out both resolutions 1920x1080p59 and, if the Application signals it needs 60Hz, 1920x1080p60.

Please could you implement that feature, so EDID hacking isn't the only option anymore?

Can't you just set you in game refresh to 60Hz? I have my pc hooked up to a 4ktv via hdmi and see both options (59.94 and 60) in the settings menu.

From the nvidia control panel I have my desktop set to 3840x2160@60Hz and the game set to the same, never noticed any jitter.

Perhaps it's a driver issue (monitor.inf)?

I have a fairly old HD monitor that matches the issues described in the OP. I used to have both refresh rates as an option in ED, but now only 59.94.
I usually play with vsync on, but in the past I've tried a few things & have previously run ED with vsync off but framerate limited to 60. The FPS monitor would typically show 63-65. This would have been on win7. Just tried now & it runs at ~57fps.

So something has changed, but I'd assumed it was win10 being a bit less compatible with my older hardware, interesting that you think it could be ED. If so the game used to have it & no longer does.

I play on a 48 inch led HD and have my refresh set at 60 with no jittering. A couple of differences here...I use win7 pro because I have way fewer issues that with win10 which almost locks the entire PC up and makes everything crash. Basically, win10 is a complete joke fer me...game won't even start let alone play while I have absolutely zero issues when I carpet bombed 10 off and reinstalled my tried and trusted win7 pro.

I could set even higher resolutions and refresh if I want, but what I have right now is almost completely flawless. Any jitters and chopping I'm getting is because the gfx card is older and more on the minimum end. That's not the fault of the monitor/bloody big tv because I had the exact same issues on a smaller 22inch dedicated monitor.

No, the game doesn't offer me 60Hz

Even if I change the config file by hand it overwrites these changes with the next start.
On the desktop I run perfectly fine with 1920x1080 with 60Hz.
For now turning of V-Sync seems to help a little, but I'd rather had true 60Hz instead of getting 80-170fps downscaled to 59.94Hz.

From what I've learned so far Windows 10 gives an array of possible resolution/ refresh rates to any DX11 fullscreen application on execution, but if that app doesn't care for explicit refresh rates it seems to top off at the "failsafe" 59.94Hz
Bordeless Window or using an DVI->HDMI connection didn't help either.
