[Feature Requests] basic multi-crew repair

I've seen this suggested in larger packages before, but I'd like to see it sooner rather than later.
So here is a version that might fit into the current game without gameplay complications or new crew roles:

All crew is able to set a module to repair (AFMU required as usual), if it meets one of these criteria:

  • it's generally unpowered (canopy/reinfocement)
  • it's already unpowered (the helm has to do that)
  • it's broken (at 0%)

Crew thus won't be able to disable anything for repairs, but will be able to keep the ship together/running.

Right now the helm has to do quite a lot of multi tasking if they want to patch up module reinforcements while engaging in combat.
All the crew can currently do is notify the helm of their module reinforcement health status.

It would also allow exploration crew to take care of pit stop repairs (FSD after super charing), while the helm plots a new course.
(to be of any use with the current suggestion the helm would have to disable the FSD at low super cruise speed to drop or use power priorities that turn off anything to be repaired upon enabling the AFMU, so the crew can engage repairs while the helm opens the map)
 
I just noticed that crew can set the canopy to repair.
If it is damaged, it will then show as repairing to the crew.
But it won't actually repair or be visible to the helm or other crew.
