What are everyone's thoughts on having the ability to have an NPC player pilot other ships in your fleet to form a wing to face harder raid type bosses when they don't want to play multi crew?

I'd say get ready to be attacked by a ganker's entire engineered fleet instead of only the one ship.

NPC Ship Launched Fighter pilots?
I'm really looking for NPC crew to come alive in 2020 with Elite Feet.
