Features at retail launch?

Hey all.

Has there been any clarification on what game features will be available in the retail launch? Will we get full galaxy systems access, number and type of ships, missions etc?

In a nutshell, 25 playable ships are planned and the galaxy accurately models our Milky Way (with Sol)
