I tried posting this earlier but it doesn't seem to have come up. I'm getting fed fighters in the spacedocks with bounties on them which means I can't kill them. Anyone else having this issue?:S

"Can't Kill them" as in unable to?
Or Can't as in shouldn't?
I have come across federal Fighters in Chango dock with bounties nearing 10,000 which made it worth the fine and damage I took from the station collecting the bounty.
Ive cashed in of several of those pilots apparently wanted for "dereliction of duty". Sure the station takes offence when you miss and zap their walls, and will open fire on you, so finish that pilot quick and get out! Then meekly ask to redock and pay your fines. The bounty is often 6000+, the fines only around 200. So its worth it.
