Fed Navy Rank missions are still not working!

Just out of interest have you been switching systems between rank missions? Or sticking in a single system and/or station? Also how many different minor factions are you running missions for. Would be helpful to know seeing as you seem to be having a lot more frequent success with the missions constantly paying out ranks than I am at the moment.

No, although I will try to take an Federation mission on a return trip to my origin station wherever possible - anything that helps to fill the bucket.

Pretty much I just try to find a system with an outpost close to the star, because the docking computer lands on those things at warp speed, shaving off a bit more time.

Again, it's somewhat beneficial (although not necessary!) to use a system that has two or three Federation factions along with the inevitable others, just so there may be more Federation missions on the board at a given time.

I have no doubt I could finish the ranks in two more evenings of play, but I should probably take a break for family.

I'm still King in the Empire, so at least I don't feel the need to mess with that.

Thanks Samosa, will keep trying, I'm doing pretty much the same thing so not sure where the difference is, it's either an issue for some and not others or it's user error on my part lol.

I'd suggest you do try a different system - I'm not saying you need to move around, but the initial choice may be relevant.
