Fed permits? Anything special?

Sol is a given....but whats special about any of the other Fed permit-only systems?
Beta Hydri, Vega, PLX 695, Ross 128, Exbeur and Hors? I just got to Lieutenant and haven't used any of these permits yet.....anything good out there for a Fed?

Vega has a rare allocation but otherwise they're nothing special

nothing. maybe some discounts, but it's not worth it. imperial permit systems aren't better but sometimes they have permit-only CGs so they are better than federal...

Ross 128 was a prison colony in FE2, I think it still is but haven't checked on that so there may be prisoner / prison visitor transport missions to there once passenger transport missions come in?
