Fed rep quest

Hi there, I have been running missions for days now. While the fed rep icon keeps having an up arrow buy it, im still neutral. For a while it gave me a load of rank missions (Up to Post commander), then i hit one crazy police ship in a fight got the 400c bounty and nothing has moved on ever since.

Does anyone else experience this? It would be nice to have a bar that you could see fill to at least give you the idea something was going on.

Hi , I got to post commander and have not seen any more progression missions since , could be bugged or a while for next progressive mission to be given.

I have got Feds to friendly been friendly since around ensign so seems the two my not be connected

Ignore everything there is in game right now. Just trade for some money... Nothing else is certain in ED either its working or bugged.
