Commanders....any tips where the best systems to visit this week for the Fed rep grind?

My advice would be to pick any system with several Fed-aligned factions as your home base and do missions for them that you think you'll enjoy doing, or pay well, or ideally both. That way rep will come without having to grind, which is boring and will drive you insane. Or drives me insane anyway.
Or ignore me because I'm a hypocrite that did grind on and off for my FAS, which I love to death. I didn't do so from an optimal system though, by any means.

Is there any way to check how many fed aligned people there are in a system besides just checking every one of them manually?
