Fed vs Emp Warzone?

is there any populated Fed vs Emp warzone?

The ones i have been they are totally empty...or full of empire(i am empire) like 7 players fighting those poor npc...And when another player comes he runs away instantly.

I have yet to see someone oppose the Empire at a warzone so far.

I get the destinct impression that majority of Imperial players are either Pirates or bounty hunters, and the Feds are all space truckers, carting fine soaps about. :p
