Try Shenich, Wafer Terminal. IIRC it has Corvette at 15% discount (and it also has some stuff for it, also at 15% discount, courtesy of LYR)

As Bokugo said: LHS 20. You need to go to Ohm City where you'll be able to get the Corvette and all key A-rated modules (and armour) at the 15% discount.

For sure you can buy Corvette in IX with 15% discount. There are also A8 PP and military grade armour for it, also with discounts, last time i was there.
