This is probably another of those stupid questions....
Is a "Federal Navy Strike Contract" part of the rank-up procedure?
I was just chatting to somebody who's "stuck" and says they can't find a Fed' naval promotion mission.
From memory (it's been a while since I finished doing the naval stuff), all the promotion missions were pretty obvious.
Even if the mission title didn't make it clear that it was a rank-up mission, there was (IIRC) ALWAYS something in the text which made it obvious it was a naval promotion mission.
I don't recall ever struggling to figure out whether a particular mission was for a promotion or not.
I don't recall having to take a "Federal Navy Strike Contract" in order to rank-up either (but I might have just forgotten it).
