I got to the base where it asks me to deliver cargo to, I have enough cargo for reward but it won't allow me to deliver cargo, mission not showing in board

UPDATE: Mission probably bugged unless there is an unknown reason for not being able to complete the mission, I abandoned it, I'll retry a similar mission as soon as I find one.

I assume you tried to relog and double checked you have the correct quantity? The only reason I ask is because I had the same issue once and it turned out I was missing one item.

Did you check all factions in the mission board? The small ! in faction icon show which faction take the mission. Does the mission have cargo or material reward if your inventory is full (no room for reward material or cargo) you can't turn mission in.

cargo and mission not appearing, it bugged probably, I abandoned it so problem solved, thanks

Make sure your cargo hold is not completely full. If you have some commodities in there you do not need, discard or sell them, they're pirate-bait anyway, then try to turn in the mission again. Often, if there is a "materials" or commodities reward attached to your mission and your cargo hold is full you might not be able to turn in the mission because: due to your full cargo hold you will be unable to accept the materials or commodities portion of your reward.

Navy mission can bug out sometimes, especially if they re-route you to another port. It has happened to me before.

I went to systems recommended for ranking up with Federation and got missions that I could not deliver, despite having 256t cargo space and room for materials and data. Other people were not reporting the same problems in the thread which I thought was strange.

Support told me that some undeliverable missions will be fixed in 2.2.
