Federal Security Ship spam

I have just started playing the game after a year.

I have noticed on each Nav Beacon or Extraction Site there is, usually has 1-2 Wanted ships at start, but about 2 - 3 packs (9+ ships) of Federal security ships or agents.
Its kinda horrible because there is total mess of ships around, they are flying everywhere, they are killing all the Wanted ships, you wont even get close to get one shop for reward, and forbid god you accidentally hit some of them, you get shred to pieces....

Please, could the number of security ship packs be reduced? One pack per site is good enough.

Change to "dangerous" res-sites.
No security there.

Also look in the system map about the security state of the system where you are in. In a high security area i expect to see lots of police.

I think you mean Hazardous RES. If you want a tussle find an anarchy system in an extraction eceonmoy.
