i have 2 federation missions for psx 6something on bulleting and i cant take them cause i have the permit already...so fed missions for me is stucked? :S:mad:

Same here. I went to the system the first time and never received the communication I was told to expect. That may be the broken part.

No, you both have nothing to worry about.
1. Getting permit "missions" after you got the permit is just a bug. When you hit another rank, you'll get another permit. Don't worry.
2. The text for permit mission is misleading, you don't need to do anything. You accept it - voila, you have the permit, no communiques, no agents, no nothing.

Like CMDR Huita said, it's not really anything more than an annoying glitch. It won't affect your progression at all. The next mission will still spawn, but be warned: it will take a really really long time. Expect to do something like 60 to 100 missions. I just did all easy cargo transfer missions after awhile and avoided the USS missions like the plague.

The system permits work in a really weird way. I didn't get any permits when I ranked up to midshipman and immediately got 2 promotions and became chief petty officer. Still having no permits, I received my first permit to access Beta Hydri. I accept the permit and go check my permits tab, and to my surprise 4 new permits have appeared! These are the ones i got: Sol, Beta Hydri, PLX 695 and Vega.
