Federation Rank is stuck at Petty officer

I've been stuck on Federation Rank/ Petty Officer for about 2 weeks now. At first I thought that the text was just bugged but it seems that I haven't been able to rank up at all.
As a heads up I have been turning in the needed federal navy missions to rank up. Is there any fix so I can continue the ranks?

Try the rank up mission in Horizons and then log back into Odyssey. Should shake the tree and you'll rank up

I can confirm I logged a duplicate ticket with Frontier on this issue with my empire rank - stuck at Squire... https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/37375

By switching to Horizons and continuing the grind I've moved past Squire and onto Knight by completing 1 naval mission. I can also confirm reputation stacks until you get your follow up naval mission. Just moved to Lord.

I had the same problem grinding for the Guardian FSD Booster. I would recommend people stick to using Horizons for these types of activities. I know I will...

I too, am having this problem, have done several rank up missions to move past Petty Officer, but no actual movement happening, stuck at 100%. Can confirm that dropping to Horizons can get you past this. Hopefully they'll patch it.

I am pushing petty officer now, @50%, I let you know what happens. I do play odyssey.
