Federation rep missions

Since Update 16.01 went live, all the threat level 3 and under data courier missions for federation rep in the Ceos / Sothis systems have disappeared, and there are precious few of level 4. I'm not doing red level missions for 2 bars of rep. The Disable the Megaship Turret missions are only for the independent factions, and the Ship's Log Uplink missions can only be done once every 6 weeks or so, and they're all for the same ship (at all 7 stations in both systems, for a Dionysus class agricultural megaship in the Ceos system). Fed rep was always more aggravating to grind than Empire, but this is just ludicrous. Oh, and the cargo delivery missions are all for systems that are at least 400 light years away. This is aggravating because I only have 1 rank to go to get my corvette. Does anybody know if this was intended?

I just checked the other system set (Ochosi - Chakpa) right before the server tick and the Data Courier missions are the same way there, all threat level 5 and up. The Ship's Uplink missions at least has different ships in different systems, unlike Ceos - Sothis, which has 60+ Uplink missions for the same megaship is Ceos.

Why not go to a Fed controlled settlement and pick up loads of local missions from there? Assuming you are playing Odyssey, that is.

I have checked at several stations since my original post, Federation, Alliance, Empire, Independent, space or ground. All the same, no transport missions lower than threat level 4. These include, data courier, mining, source & return, boom time deliveries, and liberate something missions. I made it to rear admiral and got my corvette, but it cost me millions of credits - I wound up doing donation missions for both credits & commodities. So, yeah, the transport missions are messed up.
