Thank you to everyone who has sent in their feedback so far. It is hugely helpful and whilst we can't always comment on a thread please know that your constructive feedback is being read and fed back to our dev teams.

In order to really help get your feedback to whom it needs to go to please try to follow these feedback tips.

1) If you are experiencing an issue, bug or crash please don't report it here. Instead please report it on our Issue Tracker so our devs can investigate as soon as possible. https://issues.frontierstore.net/
2) If you are in need of support please don't post here, instead please reach out to our Support Team who are on hand to assist: https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/
3) When leaving feedback please try and be as concise and to the point as possible. Fewer words help get your messages across a lot more quickly!
4) Breaking points down into categories and lists can really help get your feedback across.
5) Try to keep things friendly or neutral. We appreciate that things can sometimes be frustrating but rants, anger and insults don't help to get your concerns resolved.
