Please add an option in Planet Coaster to design roller coasters without the need to open and manage a park, with an option to build it in an empty space, dark room, "stars" starfield, amongst other 3D areas.

That’s not true! You don’t have to open and manage your park, while designing a rollecoaster.

What’s the purpose of your suggestion? If you don’t like the game-environment, why not buy and install a simulator like No-Limits2 for coaster design, instead of PC?

Open a new sandbox, go to park management and close the park. Start building. If the park isn't open you won't have to manage it.
