There are grave threats facing the Empire and as you know, I have the confidence of the Emperor. I have been serving by the Emperors side for a long time and I have seen and heard things that would make you cry like little children. The Federation is unstable and is becoming more militaristic every day with even basic freedoms that here in the Empire, we take for granted, denied to billions of Federation citizens. The Alliance consolidates its power and soon it may be a threat to us all. There is evidence that has not been revealed to public scrutiny concerning unidentified non-human technology and craft appearing in civilised space. I would not be surprised if we encounter Thargoids here in our lifetime. Imperial Senators are running amok, drunk with power. They are dividing the Empire into small, easy to swallow bits without any consideration on how this impacts the Empire. This needs to end. The Empire will be strong and unified once again and its up to us, Emperors Grace, to make it happen. Everyone else cares only about their profits or territory. We will make a start here and now."
