Dinosaurs Fences and gates

Your Feature Request / Idea
Small dinosaurs shouldn't be able to break through heavy steel fences or concrete walls.
No dinosaur should be able to break through the electrified concrete wall as long as the power is on.
An electrified fence should inflict size-based damage to the health of the animal that is breaking out.
Small carnivores should climb non-electrified fences when their comfort level is low.
Dinosaurs should be able to escape when a gate is opened for the ranger team. JP had double gates for a reason. No zoo in the world keeps dangerous predators behind a single automated gate. Please add double gates to the game.
