With the docking mail slot, this limits the style of ships that can be in the game. Ships like the Imperial Trader (aka Blakes 7's Liberator) style of ship are out as they simple will not fit through the mail slot.

So expect, lots of wedge shaped triangles or about 30 of them.

There are already ships planned which seem to be just too large to fit the letterbox so maybe there are plans for some other way of docking maybe outside of the station with remote ships to take the stock in and out or shuttles or even your own shuttle bay and a second ship inside.
