I've been looking around on ED wiki and looking for info on FDL

What faction is it under?

It isn't, you can get it anywhere. It is fairly rare though.

None you can get it from any just a little hard to find. Might to be easier if you checked High Tech systems.

Check here if your not to far "CD-34 9020 System" at the "Back Enterprise" starport.

use ed wiki like you are. go to ships...select Fer-de-Lance and go down to comments. you'll see where others have found it. good luck.
