Yes I agree I have no idea why it works the way it does. I can't find any trends. My only guess is inbreeding down the line. The male pangolin has been bred from several generations in my zoo and the flamingo is second generation so I know it's not immediate inbreeding, but who knows how far back the game tracks their lineage?
