'Fess up to your alien agressive acts... here!

I've tried to do no harm, thus far. My worst act was back when the Barnacle sites were first discovered. I was there in Open (because the Barnicles didn't spawn in Solo), and there were a few CMDRs there. I drove up in the SRV, and there on the ground was an overlooked Meta-Alloy, which I collected and later, having nothing better to do with it, sold it at some station.

I've seen an UA floating in space. I scanned it (which I suppose could be a hostile act?), but didn't touch.

The need to destroy UA was why I didn't unlock access to Palin.

They left us a destructive calling card with full transparency of their intentions.
I will kill anything and everything Thargoid, or I'll proudly die trying.

Like fellow commander's, you'll all never get anything but a friendly o7. That being said if you make it clear you don't want peace, then one of us clearly has to die, and that's on you :)

Thargoids made their choice and are a far advanced enemy. I'm not going to wait for them to take first shot..... They already did.

Between my accounts I've probably smashed 40-50 unkown artifacts. I enjoy hearing thr thud against the hull of my ship followed by the "screeeee!".wav sound effect as on they die. Only been hyperdicted once and responded to their hostility in kind. My only regret was that i was in an eagle and not in my account with my beastly corvette.
I also landed at one of the alien crash sites and dropped off at toxic waste and tossed out my cigarette butts for good measure.

Tonight I plan on logging in and traveling to the bug nest. I will probably spend a good two hours cleansing every egg and weird looking object there. Refresh the instance and go at it again.

Your welcome.

Speaking as Imperial old money, as it were, I remember the original Thargoid wars. Those beastly insects wiped out most of my grandfather's battle fleet, and he was nine hundred and seventy one at the time.

What did I do at the Thargoid burrow? Veni, vidi, vici!

[Scavengers, organic structures, eggs: you name it, I killed it.]

Let's see...

I accidentally ran over an "egg" at the first Thargoid base (frankly they shouldn't leave them lying around in the open like that), and I'm sure I've shot a Barnacle on accident before, and got a couple meta-alloys from one. I try to leave Barnacle sites pristine nowadays, since I can just get MAs from Darnielle's Progress. Oh, and I blew up a few UAs to get fragments. That's it. I've never tried to attack the ships, and I've never shot at a Scavenger.

Because I'm too young (27) to have played the old games, I bear no animosity towards Thargoids. They've never wronged me, and as far as I'm concerned, all the people they've killed had it coming.

The Gaurdians are the baddies and the Thargoids are trying to warn us. See they want to be friends....

Yeah, I feel a smidgeon guilty for my dirty work when I was gaining access to Palin. I may in fact try to overcompensate and go to the new site to help shoe off the polluters. Space Fauna should be allowed to flourish.

I stuck a Guardian Relic into the 'Goid machine and it had a fatal error. " *DOES NOT COMPUTE. DESTROY UNRECOGNIZED OBJECT* - Error 404 : Object not recognized."
I have to say, Thargoids have pretty violent errors in their hardware..

rammed a few things for fragments (Hope i can pass it off as poor flying)... felt bad ><

was lucky that the barnacles where bugged when i wanted my FSD, didn't wanna blow anything up for alloys, so go them from the market place :)

Its a shame that in ED a fully kitted science ships can be a sidewinder, with science cannons
