Would someone from the community team please provide an answer as to why Halloween festivities excluded console players ?

Also could you please forward me a link of the discrimination doctrine you have decided to embrace ?

Uh the in-game storyline is accessible to console players. As were the paintjobs I believe.

The only thing PC exclusive is the Odyssey-only cosmetics for Odyssey suits.

you can get the Halloween paints (and ofc the entire mistery plot on console too). My XB account got them

The Halloween cosmetics appear to no longer be on sale on any platform; Halloween has ended and they've been replaced by the Day of the Dead items. But you can still get the items from the in-game storyline for a day and a bit.

No idea about F1, its console community and whatever Halloween event FDev held for F1 manager.

I don't think there's an "in one place" post for what appears on console or not, but:

But it was NOT exclusive to PC and all of the paint jobs were added to the console content in the last console client patch for this event...

But there not going to be good enough to replace the allready used paints for the console cobra paint job in this case ..
