i started playing frontier first encounters a month ago. things where pretty much familiar, that until i accepted a mission of assault on a National Academy. It was on a planet named Thompsonworld, i had for mission to destroy an reputed Academy....
omg that was just INSANE. the system is populated by pirates. above that, once i arrive in vicinity of the academy, dozens upon dozens upon dozens..... of ships were all attacking me . as if they all knew that i was there to destroy the academy.
i had to save , reload, save ,reload, so many times. once i managed to get close, shot a missile on the academy... still, ships havent stopped from respawning.
it was impossible because ships were respawning by infinite .... never ending... and anytime a ship was close enough of me, i really ignore why , but my ship's velocity would always drop down to 0. either its a bug , or its a device the enemies could use... it was really frustrating because i could never properly gain enough velocity to flee well from the enemies.... i had to play inrealtime for maybe 2 hours max.
i finally managed to escape the infinite ships, and get away with it. the promise was 10,000 credits given once i reach back to Achenar, and it was given.
